Tony Mac’s Quick Tips
Price it right. When pricing your home for sale, listen to the market place. Homes that have sold tell you volumes about the buyer pool and how long it could take to sell your home.

Price it right. Don’t forget that selling your home may require the buyer to secure financing. If the contracted selling price exceeds the official financing appraisal of your home the deal might be compromised and delayed. 

Price it right. The speed of a sale is directly related to the home’s price. Prices that are too far above the current market in your area may cause pro-longed “days-on-market” which may cause all sorts of issues; buyer agent’s get less interested in the property, the seller misses “next-step” opportunities, the delay a in sale may cause unnecessary financial stresses.

Price it right. It’s better to use market-based pricing strategy to create demand, and even a bidding war for a home, than be forced to reduce the home’s price after marketing/listing has begun. It is crucial not to over price a home with a listing price that is not based on the current market and sound pricing strategies.

Tony Mac has been an engaged resident of Robbinsville for over 23 years. As a volunteer he helped direct/shape the “player-focus” of the Robbinsville Soccer Association, as the first High School soccer coach he logged the first winning season of any boys Robbinsville High School team, earned the first award for RHS in all sports from NJ Youth Soccer, founding participant/supporter of the Q&A Annual 5k Run, as a volunteer produced the first and only Broadway sanctioned cast recording for a High School, RHS’s production of Guys and Dolls, supports the work of all faiths through personal service in music and real estate consultation. Tony Mac has communicated directly with US Congressional Committees on behalf of families seeking foreclosure relief.

National Service
United States Presidential Commendation
Tony Mac earned both United States Presidential and Vice Presidential commendations for his work on behalf of children effected by the events of September 11, 2001. 

US Youth Soccer National Convention Clinician (Volunteer)
Tony Mac created and presented a unique fusion of music and small sided soccer training/play at the 2006 US Youth Soccer National Coaches Convention. Since then he has consulted on a pro bono basis, with clubs and teams across the US and Canada.
